The Wonder for DownUnder!

Hey guys!

My little Kate is teething something awful..I think she is trying to get all her teeth on the left side of her mouth, all at the same time! Ouch! Because of it...she has her first diaper rash.
I was putting all kinds of things on it...to relieve her pain and keep it from getting worse...but nothing was working. So Saturday night I put some MelaGel on it! When she woke up Sunday Morning...the redness was almost gone...and you could tell it wasn't bothering her anymore...I continued to put it on every diaper change...and it was all gone by the end of the day Sunday!
I am so thankful! Just had to share!

Feeling Better and Having more Energy!

I have never been a good vitamin taker. But because I had a really hard pregnancy, and feeling really drained, having lots of pain in my neck and back with knots, etc...I started taking a prenatal vitamin/mineral supplement a little over a month ago, from Melaleuca. It is called Vitality Prenatal (sku# 7772).

I have been amazed at the results. First of all, I have NEVER been able to lose weight while nursing, without it affecting my milk supply. You will not believe this, but I am losing weight and it isn't affecting my milk supply. :D I have lost 13.5 lbs since starting the Vitality Prenatal. Also, I have lost my monthly cravings.
A good friend of mine shared with me, that the reason I have lost my cravings is because my body is getting the nutrition it needs, therefore it is not tricking me into thinking it needs something else...like all that sweet stuff. The pain that I was having was severe, and hindering from doing simple things around the house, from cleaning to folding laundry, etc...I am so thankful that the pain is under control now. And I am able to manage my home better. I haven't even had to take anything for it. I am astonished at this! My energy level is amazing, I cannot remember the last time I have felt this good! I am getting things done around the house again...and my dear husband isn't having to work as hard as he was around here. He is so wonderful! :D

Here is some information from the Melaleuca website you will find helpful:

Proprietary Fructose Compounding

Your body can find it hard to absorb minerals. That’s why the Vitality Pack is formulated with the proprietary Fructose Compounding mineral delivery system. Fructose Compounding is designed to pre-bind a fructose (or fruit sugar) molecule to a mineral like iron or calcium to help keep the mineral from binding with other nutrients in your digestive tract. Fructose-compounded minerals are designed to be absorbed into your bloodstream and delivered to your cells and ultimately to your tissues, organs, and the rest of your body.

TRUSTING GOD

Day 13

TRUSTING GOD

During my “Character Building” Time with the children this morning, I was so encouraged…and wanted to share it with you today! I pray you will be as blessed as we were this morning.

When you trust someone, it means that you know that you can depend on that person. When you trust people, you are sure they will not harm you on purpose. It also means that you believe what they say and you believe that they will do what they feel is best for you. You have faith and confidence in people you trust. Children can trust their parents. The One we can trust more than anyone else is our Father in Heaven. We can trust God at all times and in all things. Are you trusting God? On this thirteenth day of the month you will see some of the ways and times you can trust Him.

WHEN YOU PRAY:

When we pray we can be thankful and know that we can depend on the Lord. And ask him to help us remember that He will ALWAYS do what is best for me…

Then we continue into the bible reading...

TRUSTING GOD’S LOVING CARE

Read Matthew 6:25-34

A. This is one of the many beautiful lessons that Jesus taught His followers. It is such a wonderful lesson for boys and girls to learn, as well as their dads and moms. You see, Jesus is teaching all of us that our Father in Heaven knows our needs. He knows we need food to keep us strong and trust Him to give these things to us. After all, doesn’t He give the birds and flowers what they need? What He wants if for you to not worry about what you are going to eat or wear, but to think most about pleasing and serving Him.

In verse 26, who has more value to God? (the birds/us)

B. Perhaps this is something you could to today: If it is nice weather, go outside and see how many birds you see. Observe what they do. What they eat, etc…find out what kind they are in a bird book or online…Where do they find their food? Do they ever buy it at the store? Do they cook it? Do you get your food at the store? Who gives food to you? Why should you not worry about being fed?

I was sharing a story a friend of mine shared with me, to the children this morning about birds, and how God cares for them…this friend of mine what a bit overwhelmed, stressed, having some anxiety over finances, etc…she was driving in the desert, there was not a house in site, not a city for that matter…and on the side of the road was this bird…and guess what it had in its mouth? A HUGE hotdog bun…it was bigger than the bird, LOL…she just broke down crying, with tears of joy (just as I do every time I share this story), because how our loving creator, heavenly father, cares for us is beyond our comprehension. He is ALWAYS faithful…

What Jesus Really Had to Embrace.

Our Pastor, John MacArthur, taught on the passage Luke 22:39-46 this Sunday. The Lord really used his sermon the help me see more clearly on what Jesus actually went through when He died on the cross, for the penalty for our sins. I am looking forward to getting the CD, so I can listen to it again. I had a few interruptions with children, etc…during it, so I missed a little. But, what I wanted to share was this:

You know how when we come to know the Lord, we are to embrace Christ, trust in His work on the cross, ALONE and turn from sin. Knowing we cannot do this apart from Jesus. It is only because He comes to live inside of us that we can truly live a life that pleases Him. We are to embrace of life of sinlessness, knowing we cannot do this on our own, that we will never be perfect, this side of Heaven, but nonetheless striving toward it.

When Jesus was in the garden praying, the Bible says in verse 44 that He was in agony. And wbeing in an agony he prayed more earnestly; and his sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.[1] His time to fulfill prophecy was upon him and he was about to do something He had never done before. He knew NO sin! Yet, He had to Embrace ALL our Sin, at one time. God’s wrath for our sin fell upon Jesus, His one and only beloved Son.

This really impacted my thinking of what the Triune God did for all who would come to know His son. I am amazed and overwhelmed by God’s kindness toward sinners.

Because He is Faithful,

Hayley
